Please note that we must be notified within 7 days from delivery date, of the customer’s attention to return any goods.
Goods can I only be returned under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect item sent by us
- Defective item
- Incorrect item ordered, need an exchange
Notify us immediately and have your order number ready.
If an incorrect item was delivered by us, we will pick up the item free of charge and replace it with the correct item.
If the customer ordered the incorrect item, we will exchange the item, the customer will be liable for the difference in price as well as for the cost of delivery.
If we are unable to provide you with a replacement item, we will refund the customer in full where the Instant EFT payment option was used.
Funds should reflect in your bank account within 2 – 3 working days after having received a bank letter confirming your bank account details.
For Credit card, Debit card, and Snapscan payments, a 5% transaction fee will be levied.
Funds can take up to 2 weeks to clear.
